New art adorns the cafe walls, and it is absolutely stunning. We of the cafe couldn't be happier that we get to enjoy Pam's photos for a couple of months. As I write, Pam and her family are busy at the shop finding just the right spot for each piece. She told me, "It's a family affair." Her show starts now and will hang for the next 8 weeks, so next time you stop by be sure to poke your head upstairs and check it out.
Pam Strohl is a local photographer who sees the world through a delicate and slightly unusual lens. For this show she focuses her eye exclusively on Port Washington. All of the photos hanging are super current, having been taken in March, April and May of this year. Be sure to get a look at this. Don't be surprised if you fall in love with a piece and have to take it home. I've already got my eye on a couple.
