Lets get nostalgic. Remember in middle school when mom said you could have 'hot lunch', rather than the pb and j on white bread that was crammed into a brown paper bag which inevitably was always smushed by lunch time? I do. I have fond memories of those days when my mom reached into her purse for change that would later purchase me 'hot lunch' served by the lunch ladies.

These fond memories have channeled into 'Java Dock Cafe's', Friday Hot Lunch. Every Friday we create a hot menu addition. So, for instance, a few weeks back we had a sweet potato and black bean burrito. This week we're planning a grilled vegetable panini. The 'Hot Lunch' will always include a side salad comprised of local greens or seasonal veggies. And the best part, it includes a homemade sweet treat, usually a cookie. Maybe our 'Hot Lunch' program will create fond memories for you....
As we move deeper into the summer season, the majority of our produce will be sourced from local farms we work with; Rare Earth, Three Sisters, and Wellspring AND the farmers market. Our food is not just tasty, but nourishing.
Our regular menu is served every day of the week, anytime you want it. (Menu will be posted soon; please feel free to call or stop in for a paper menu). Call it in, carry it out, or enjoy indoor or al fresco dining at the cafe. We're confident you'll love it anywhere you eat it.
