SOUP Returns, September 30th!

The return of soup, literally and figuratively, warms my heart. I love everything about soup, especially making it. Colorful vegetables, in some cases grown by friends. The aromas.  The conversations and stories that arise. I think you'll agree, there is an encompassing warmth which surrounds soup and soup making. The entire experience of making a pot is comforting. AND, then, we get to share it with you! Dang.  We have it made around here.

We've begun experimental soup batches this week and late last week.  Perhaps you smelled the sweet aromas of Moroccan Sweet Potata OR maybe it was the, The Velveteen Carrot that caught your sniffer?
We're excited to introduce our handcrafted, frozen soup to-go this season.  Of course, you're still welcome to get it hot and eat in house or take it, hot to-go.  The arrival of frozen, to-go soup is just another way you could enjoy our creations at a later date.  Stock it in your fridge and/or freezer and save it for a rainy day.  The soup will keep it's integrity in your freezer for up to 2 months.  Available soup varieties will change according to the seasons, our farmers, and supply and demand.  If you had your way, what kind of soup would we make for you?

You'll find our soup du jour posted on facebook each morning.  You might also grab a paper copy of the soup calendar next time you're at the shop.  We hope you'll enjoy!
