LIVE and LOCAL

LIVE and LOCAL is the name of our summer, mini, music series which will feature LIVE music by LOCAL musicians.  The magic happens every Friday evening from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
throughout June, July, and August.   

LIVE and LOCAL will be good, clean, fun for everyone.  It is a family-friendly event.  We've successfully packed the upstairs, loft area each Friday

Friday, June 28th:  Embedded Reporter........."Low-brow music for smart people".  A folk inspired collection of music embellished with crafty storytelling.  A wholesome evening of interesting and motivational tunes. 

Friday, July 5th:  Epimotive......"Will soothe your soul".  This quintuplet is an amalgam of funk, jazz, reggae, rock and grunge.  You'll be dancing in your seat or maybe on the tables..... 

Friday, July 12:  Interlude.....NO MUSIC this evening.  I'm heading out of town, so we're taking this one off.  :)

Friday, July 19:  The Dead Nouns.....This eclectic mix of folks is corralled by Michael Richards.  Michael spends a lot of his free time at the coffee shop, reading, working and trying to solve the mysteries of the universe.  These guys will preform mostly original sounds of the folky persuasion. 

Friday, July 26:  Larissa Meirer is a girl and her guitar.  She strums and sings sweet melodies.  This girl is silly and zainy.  She will probably make you laugh and then balance it out with a good cry.
